DigiSER BD helps job seekers, employees, businesses and service providers find each other. We are not the employer or agent of any user, and we do not guarantee any job, hire, price or result.
2. Your responsibility
Give true and correct information. Do not post fake jobs, fake profiles or scams, and do not harass or mislead others. Use the website only for lawful purposes.
3. Deals between users
Agreements, salary and payments are between the people involved. Please check details yourself. Never pay money to get a job, and be careful with anyone who asks for advance payment.
4. Content and removal
We may edit, hide or remove listings and profiles that are false, unsafe or break these terms.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.

১. সেবা সম্পর্কে
DigiSER BD চাকরিপ্রার্থী, কর্মী, ব্যবসা ও সার্ভিস প্রদানকারীদের একে অপরকে খুঁজে পেতে সাহায্য করে। আমরা কোনো ব্যবহারকারীর নিয়োগকর্তা বা এজেন্ট নই এবং কোনো চাকরি, নিয়োগ, দাম বা ফলাফলের নিশ্চয়তা দিই না।
২. আপনার দায়িত্ব
সঠিক ও সত্য তথ্য দিন। ভুয়া চাকরি, ভুয়া প্রোফাইল বা প্রতারণা করবেন না, কাউকে হয়রানি বা বিভ্রান্ত করবেন না। শুধু আইনসম্মত কাজে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করুন।
৩. ব্যবহারকারীদের মধ্যে লেনদেন
চুক্তি, বেতন ও পেমেন্ট সংশ্লিষ্ট মানুষদের নিজেদের মধ্যকার বিষয়। বিস্তারিত নিজে যাচাই করুন। চাকরি পেতে কখনো টাকা দেবেন না, আর অগ্রিম টাকা চাইলে সতর্ক থাকুন।
৪. কনটেন্ট ও অপসারণ
মিথ্যা, অনিরাপদ বা এই শর্ত ভঙ্গকারী তালিকা ও প্রোফাইল আমরা সম্পাদনা, লুকানো বা মুছে ফেলতে পারি।
৫. পরিবর্তন
আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্ত পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে নতুন শর্ত মেনে নেওয়া হয়েছে ধরা হবে।
